But, a bacterial infection which looks like yeast infection is serious and if left untreated may cause premature birth, intraamniotic infection and also postpartum infections of the uterus which necessitates hospital care after the delivery. During pregnancy, no self diagnose and self treatment for yeast infection be carried out. Better let the Doctor diagnose the symptoms.
