Gonorrhea – You can’t take a Chance

Gonorrhea infected person is more susceptible to HIV infection. Gonorrhea can spread to bloodstream and enter joints to become fatal, if untreated. It can also cause infertility and sterility. Even if the symptoms are innocuous the man should see a doctor immediately to rule out other causes.  A day after making love is the most common time to start the urinary tract infection in women. It was assumed that women being predominantly monogamous come under the low risk group, but reality is quite different. Sexual partners do usually not share yeast infection but in other conditions they do. These conditions damage the reproductive organ in women.

The most dangerous fact is that as pregnancy is not an issue, the use of condoms is almost absent leading to a higher risk for contacting gonorrhea.  However, the most vulnerable group is the married males between the ages 50 and 60.  These people ignore the STD prevention program altogether and the number of infected individuals are on the rise. The infection of gonorrhea does not immune the individual from further infection of the same disease, hence requiring repeated treatments of the disease. The presence of the causative virus or bacterial can be detected in the synovial fluids of the victim even after prolonged rigorous treatment with appropriate antibiotics.  Usage of antibiotics is fraught with side effects and it is always better to fight disease processes with management and food than with medications.

That must be making someone sensible to pray that not even his staunchest foe should ever be inflicted with these diseases from a kiss. Get tested at regular intervals and save yourself from sexually transmitted diseases.
